TGMA 2025: Full List of Winners and Highlights from Ghana’s Biggest Music Night

Ghana’s biggest night in music came alive with glitz, glam, energy and unforgettable moments. The 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards brought together the best of Ghanaian music, celebrating talents across genres while recognizing both fresh faces and industry legends. The atmosphere was electric, with suspense, cheers and occasional sighs as fans witnessed surprise wins, powerful performances and emotional tributes.

The night kicked off with jaw-dropping performances from Ayisi, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Empress Gifty and several others who set the tone for what became an unforgettable experience. Hosting duties were flawlessly handled by Naa Ashorkor, Foster Romanus and AJ Sarpong, who kept the audience engaged and entertained throughout the night.

One of the standout highlights was a heartfelt tribute to legendary Afro-rock band Osibisa, delivered by Adina, Titi Owusu and Adomaa. It was a soulful performance that stood out as one of the best of the evening. Yaw Sarpong was also honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his immense contribution to gospel music in Ghana.

King Promise finally claimed the coveted Artiste of the Year title after narrowly missing it in 2024, marking a major milestone in his career. He also took home awards for Afropop Song of the Year making it a big night for the “Terminator” hitmaker. Kweku Smoke walked away with Best Rap Performance, while King Paluta took home the Telecel Most Popular Song of the Year for his hit “Aseda.” Rising star Beeztrap KOTM won New Artiste of the Year.
