The Government of Ghana has entered into a bilateral agreement with the Government of Grenada to recruit qualified Ghanaian nurses for work opportunities in the Caribbean nation. The move is part of efforts to strengthen international healthcare collaboration and create career opportunities for Ghana’s skilled nursing professionals.
In a public notice, the Ministry of Health invited applications from experienced and dedicated nurses for the position of Registered Nurse, with specialties in Critical Care, Accident and Emergency, Public Health, and General Nursing.
According to the Ministry, interested applicants must meet the regulatory requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) of Ghana and have at least five years of working experience.
Applicants are expected to submit key documents including academic and professional certificates, proof of good standing with the NMC, police clearance, a valid passport with a minimum of two years validity, an updated CV, and two recent reference letters.
The application process officially opens on Friday, 24th October 2025, and closes on Tuesday, 28th October 2025. Submissions are to be made through the Ministry’s official recruitment portal — https://hr.moh.gov.gh — or via email at mohhrhd@moh.gov.gh.
The Ministry also indicated that candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted for interviews, where they must present all original documents and certified copies. Unsuitable applications will not be acknowledged.
