New Music: Kimilist teams up with Kwame Yesu, Ypee on ‘Yente’
Music has and will always be a great tool for people to express themselves. As such it is always great to hear an artiste express themselves in their music. This has always been one of the best attributes of Ghanaian musician Kimilist, who is very vocal, descriptive and expressive about his intentions in his music. This is something people have come to love and know him for.
In his new song titled ‘Yente’ which translates as the popular phrase ‘we nor dey hear’, he talks about how he is not paying attention to people that constantly talk down on people chasing their dreams which in this case is his music. He and his people are only focused on attaining their goal and won’t be tensioned by anyone.
The song features Rebo Tribe’s Kwame Yesu and PeeNation President Ypee. The drill/hiphop song is produced by Iyke Parker and mixed/mastered by Nixieoffivicl. The song is filled with some of the best flows, lines and delivery you will hear from this part of the world.
