Camidoh’s Sugarcane wins Best Afrobeat Song at the 2023 VGMAs

Camidoh’s most popular song “Sugarcane” has been named the “Best Afrobeat Song” at the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, currently underway at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Center.

In the same category, Ginger by King Promise, Gyakie’s Something, KiDi’s Champagne, DJay’s Balance It, and Jo by FBS, were among the songs vying for the bragging rights.

Ghanaian musicians and other music stakeholders are getting recognized for their commitment and their painstaking work produced between January 1 and December 31, 2022.
